TERMS OF SERVICE

FUTGenie (the "Service") is operated by FUTGenie Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EA Sports or Electronic Arts Inc. Use of our Service is at your own risk, and may violate EA's own Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions may be billed via Stripe (web), Google Play (Android), or the App Store (iOS).
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• For subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store, payment is processed by the respective platform and subject to their terms and conditions.
• Payments are non-refundable unless under rare exception or unless required by law.
• You may cancel at any time via your account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal (web), or through the respective app store (Google Play/App Store); access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with EA Sports systems.
• Share your account with others.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.

Persona management is limited to a maximum of 2 connected accounts per FUTGenie profile at any one time. Connected-account allowances reset daily at midnight UTC.

We may restrict persona-management functionality or related parts of the Service if we believe these limits are being exceeded or misused.

We may collect technical information (including IP address in connection with certain requests) as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. The Service is supplied as described on our website and product pages; we give no other warranty that it will be defect-free or match any other description. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for:

• Any loss of EA accounts or in-game assets caused by your use of the Service.
• Downtime, errors, or service interruptions.
• Actions taken by EA Sports against your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.1 General Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances approved at our sole discretion. This policy applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles.

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period (subject to verification)
• Where required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., EU/UK distance selling regulations)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at info@futgenie.gg with your account details and reason for the request.

7.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Stripe Subscriptions (Web): Cancel through your account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents the next renewal.

App Store Subscriptions (iOS): Cancel through your Apple ID account settings or device settings. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Google Play Subscriptions (Android): Cancel through your Google Play account settings. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

7.3 Platform-Specific Refund Policies

App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android): Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through these platforms must be directed to Apple or Google support, respectively. Their refund policies and procedures govern these purchases, and we cannot process refunds for app store purchases directly.

Both Apple and Google offer refund windows and policies that may differ from ours. Please refer to their respective support pages for information on requesting refunds.

7.4 EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have certain statutory rights under consumer protection laws. You may have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not used the Service during this period. If you have used the Service, we may deduct a proportional amount for the period of use.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@futgenie.gg within 14 days of your subscription purchase.

7.5 Partial Refunds

Generally, we do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. Once a billing cycle has begun, you will have access to the Service for the full period, and no refund will typically be issued for early cancellation.

However, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. To request a partial refund, please contact us at info@futgenie.gg with your account details and a detailed explanation of your circumstances.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

We also reserve the right to restrict access to some features or services until you accept the current version of these Terms.

Some features or services may also require account verification before they can be used.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and we will update the "Effective Date" (or add a "Last updated" date) when we make material changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any change means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If we make significant changes, we may notify you by email or through the Service where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
