1. Overview

By accessing or using FUTGenie, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Non-Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EA Sports or Electronic Arts Inc. Use of our Service is at your own risk, and may violate EA's own Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed via Stripe.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless under rare exception or unless required by law.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account portal; access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with EA Sports systems.
  • Share your account with others.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any loss of EA accounts or in-game assets caused by your use of the Service.
  • Downtime, errors, or service interruptions.
  • Actions taken by EA Sports against your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or in rare cases approved at our sole discretion (for example, accidental duplicate charges).

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation will stop the next renewal, but no partial refunds are given for the current billing period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
